Refund policy

At Clareb Accessories, customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do, and we take great care in crafting each product with intention and quality. However, we understand that returns or exchanges may occasionally be necessary.

 . In-store and Online purchases: Return requests must be made within 14 days of the   original purchase date. 

. International purchases: Returns must be requested within 21 days of receiving your order.

. All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 There will be no cash refund 

. All returns/exchange request must be done via our email info@clarebaccessories.com

. Approved returns will be processed as store credit (gift card) equal to the original purchase value.

. Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.

Returned items will be inspected within 1–5 days of receipt.

. Once approved, a gift card will be issued and sent via email.

Store credit may be used toward the purchase of any item of equal value.

. Exchanges are permitted for different items, subject to availability and approval.

Any price difference must be settled at the time of exchange.

. No exchange permitted on custom made orders.

. Lay-bye orders cannot be cancelled. However, items may be exchanged for another product of equal value, subject to availability.

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable
